Vietnam National Vegetable, Fruit and Agricultural Product Corporation Joint Stock Company (Vegetexco Vietnam JSC.), which was founded in 1988, is a big corporation specializing in producing and trading agricultural and food products.
Our factories are well certified with ISO, HACCP, BRC, FDA certificates. Our products, which have been being exported to more than 50 countries worldwide, are canned pineapples, canned cucumber, canned lychee, cashew nut, pepper, cinnamon, star anise, rice, seafood, tea, ginger, fresh fruits and vegetables…etc
Being supported from our main strategic shareholder T&T Group Joint Stock Company (T&T Group JSC.), Vegetexco Vietnam has great advantages for developing to become one of the leading companies in producing and trading agricultural and food products in Vietnam.

1988

Foundation

Vietnam National Vegetables & Fruit Corporation (the predecessor of Vietnam National Vegetable, Fruit and Agricultural Products Corporation - JSC) was founded under Decision No. 63NNTCCB/QD dated February 11, 1988.

1990 - 2003

Research & Development Era

Performed the role of a focal unit in researching, planning crop areas and developing production systems and material areas nationwide to serve domestic & export demand.

2003 - 2005

Expansion Era

Vietnam National Vegetable, Fruit and Agricultural Products Corporation (Vegetexco Vietnam) was officially established by merging with Vinafimex. Expanded various businesses including production, processing, trading and exporting agricultural products to Europe, America, Japan, China markets.

2005 - 2010

Holding Structure

Transformed to operate as a Holding - Subsidiary company. Expanded its scope of operations with a network of 3 member companies, 31 joint ventures & associates and 2 foreign branches, representative offices.

2010 - 2015

Limited Liability Conversion

Converted the business model to One Member Limited Liability Company. The objective is to to expand investment on purpose of moving forwards to become a Group.

2016 - 2020

Equitization Phase

Completed the equitization process, officially switched to operating under the model of a Joint Stock Company from January 1, 2016, with the name Vietnam National Vegetable, Fruit and Agricultural Products Corporation – JSC. Increased charter capital to 700 billion VND and participated in the agro-economic ecosystem of T&T Group - a big strategic shareholder of the Company.

2021

Capital Growth

Increased charter capital to ~ USD 152 million

2022 - 2025

Innovation Era

2016 - present period: The Company continues to carry out the mission of developing the agricultural industry associated with the national development strategy; aims to become a leading enterprise in Vietnam in high-tech agricultural development, research and development of plant varieties and commercial business.
